Detect When a Domain Starts Pointing to Different DNS Providers

Nameservers determine where the internet looks for a domain’s DNS answers. A mistaken registrar update, incomplete migration, or unauthorised change can therefore affect websites, email, and connected services at once. Nameserver Change Monitor records the authoritative nameserver set for each configured domain and compares new observations with the accepted baseline.

When a server is added, removed, or replaced, the service presents the previous and current values in a simple change event. The purchase includes 12 months of access for one authorised monitoring target unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise. There is no automatic renewal.

Clear service information

The service reports observed delegation data and cannot change registrar or DNS settings. Resolver caching and propagation can temporarily produce different answers, so alerts should be assessed alongside planned maintenance.

Monitoring must only be configured for websites, systems, APIs, domains, servers or other digital assets that the customer owns or is authorised to test. Results reflect the configured checks and third-party network conditions; they do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
