Compare Advertised Feed Prices with the Merchant’s Own Pages

Price updates may reach the store and product feed at different times. When a channel reads one value and a shopper sees another, listings can be rejected and customers may lose confidence. Feed–Website Price Mismatch Monitor pairs authorised feed records with their corresponding public product pages and compares normalised price and currency values.

Rules can account for sale price, regular price, tax presentation, and a reasonable publishing delay defined by the merchant. Exceptions include the item reference, feed value, page observation, and check time so teams can verify which system needs correction. Sampling can focus on high-value or recently changed items. The monitor reports observed discrepancies; it does not determine the legally applicable price, change the store, or update channel listings.

Digital delivery and access

This is a digitally delivered monitoring service. After successful payment and any required order verification, setup instructions are delivered electronically. The purchase includes 12 months of access for one authorised monitoring target unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise. There is no automatic renewal.

Clear service information

Dynamic pricing, customer groups, taxes, currencies, location, and promotions can create legitimate differences. Customers must configure comparable scenarios and verify every exception before changing commercial information.

Monitoring must only be configured for websites, systems, APIs, domains, servers or other digital assets that the customer owns or is authorised to test. Results reflect the configured checks and third-party network conditions; they do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
