Keep Domain Email Policy Changes Transparent

DMARC tells receiving systems how a domain asks them to handle messages that fail aligned authentication, and where supported reports should be sent. A policy can be weakened, strengthened, or misdirected through one DNS change. DMARC Record Monitor retrieves the published record and presents field-level differences over time.

Administrators can watch policy mode, percentage, subdomain handling, alignment options, and report addresses. A change event supports controlled progression from observation to enforcement and helps prevent a reporting destination from disappearing unnoticed. The product is deliberately factual: it tracks what the domain publishes, but it does not decide which enforcement setting is appropriate or claim that DMARC eliminates all impersonation.

Digital delivery and access

This is a digitally delivered monitoring service. After successful payment and any required order verification, setup instructions are delivered electronically. The purchase includes 12 months of access for one authorised monitoring target unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise. There is no automatic renewal.

Clear service information

The service does not create or edit DMARC policy, process aggregate reports by default, or guarantee protection from phishing and spoofing. Policy changes can affect legitimate mail and should be planned with qualified email administrators.

Monitoring must only be configured for websites, systems, APIs, domains, servers or other digital assets that the customer owns or is authorised to test. Results reflect the configured checks and third-party network conditions; they do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
