Product-specific details shown on the relevant product page and order confirmation also form part of the purchase information.

What does GamiTrend Software provide?

We provide electronically delivered monitoring products for authorised websites, domains, servers, APIs, endpoints, SSL certificates and related digital infrastructure. Depending on the product, monitoring may check availability, response behaviour, performance indicators, certificate status, domain conditions or other clearly described signals and may send notifications when configured conditions are detected.

Is anything physically shipped?

No. Our products are digital services and setup materials are delivered electronically. There are no boxed products, activation cards or shipping charges. The checkout email address is used for the order confirmation and the instructions needed to begin setup.

What happens after I place an order?

We first confirm payment and perform any proportionate order or fraud checks. We then send access, setup or configuration instructions, normally within one business day. Monitoring begins after the required authorised target, notification details and technical information have been supplied and the configuration is complete.

How quickly will I receive delivery?

Automated confirmation usually arrives shortly after successful payment. Manual setup or access instructions are normally sent within one business day, excluding public holidays in England. A pending payment, missing information, unusual security check or target requiring additional authorisation may extend this period. If instructions have not arrived by the end of the next business day, contact support with the order number.

What information is needed for setup?

The exact requirements depend on the product. We may request a domain, URL, IP address, endpoint, expected response, preferred alert email, monitoring interval or authorised allowlisting information. We will not ask for credentials that are unnecessary for the purchased function, and customers should never email a private key, full card number or unrelated confidential data.

May I monitor any website or server?

No. You may monitor only a system you own, administer or have explicit authority to monitor. Monitoring may not be used for reconnaissance, vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks, denial of service, harassment or circumvention of technical controls. Customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and be able to demonstrate authorisation if reasonably requested.

Does monitoring guarantee that my website will never fail?

No monitoring service can guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect security or detection of every incident. Results are based on the checks, intervals, locations and conditions configured for the purchased product. False positives, false negatives, third-party outages and network conditions can occur. Monitoring supports operational awareness; it does not replace backups, patching, access control, secure development, incident response or professional security testing.

How are alerts delivered?

Alert channels and conditions are defined by the relevant product and setup. Email is commonly used, and some products may support additional channels where stated. Customers are responsible for keeping notification details current, maintaining access to their inbox and ensuring that our messages are not blocked by spam or corporate filtering systems.

Can I change the monitored target?

A target change may be possible where it remains within the purchased product’s scope and does not materially alter the service. Contact support before making the change. A new product or configuration fee may be required if the new target needs a different monitoring method, higher capacity or additional setup. We will explain any charge before proceeding.

How long does access last and does it renew automatically?

The access period appears on the product page or order confirmation. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, purchases are one-off orders for a fixed access period and do not automatically renew. We will not create a recurring charge unless the renewal terms and price are clearly disclosed and accepted.

Can I cancel an order or request a refund?

You may request cancellation before delivery or activation, and refunds may be available where we cannot supply the service, a verified fault cannot be remedied, a duplicate charge occurred or applicable law requires a remedy. Different rules can apply after immediate digital supply has begun. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full procedure and contact support promptly.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by established payment-service providers made available at checkout. We do not ask customers to send complete card details by email and do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in our support systems. A payment may remain pending or be declined based on the provider’s or issuing bank’s checks.

What if an alert appears incorrect?

Compare the alert timestamp with your hosting, application, network and DNS records and confirm whether the target configuration changed. Send support the order number, alert timestamp and non-sensitive evidence. We can review the monitoring configuration and available service records, but we may not have access to the customer’s internal systems or third-party provider logs.

What security responsibilities remain with the customer?

Customers remain responsible for backups, software updates, secure passwords, multi-factor authentication, access control, firewall configuration, vulnerability management, recovery planning and responding to incidents. A monitoring result should be treated as one source of operational information and assessed alongside the customer’s own security and availability controls.

How is personal data used?

We use order, contact, technical setup and service records to process purchases, deliver products, provide support, secure the platform and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention approach and individual rights. Our Cookie Policy separately explains cookies and similar technologies.

How do I contact support?

Email support@gamitrendsoftware.com and include the order number, purchase email and a clear description of the issue. General business questions may be sent to info@gamitrendsoftware.com. Never include passwords, private keys or full payment-card information.

GamiTrend Software is operated by Westport Digital Limited, company number 17275791, Suite 10925, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

Last updated: 27 August 2026 These frequently asked questions explain how GamiTrend Software monitoring products are purchased, delivered, configured and supported.
